WHAT DOES THE EPC SURVEY INVOLVE?
During the EPC survey the assessor will check the overall structure, fabric and services of the property. The DEA will take evidence of the heating system, lighting, glazing, wall insulation, loft insulation. Collecting photographic evidence is required by the Accreditation Scheme.
